These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DESI CLASH ("we", "us", "the platform") — an online service where players compete against each other in short skill-based games for real money. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use DESI CLASH. When you sign up, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may refuse or close accounts where this is not the case.
DESI CLASH is a real-money skill-gaming service. You play at your own risk, and you can lose the money you stake. Only play with money you can afford to lose.
Laws about real-money skill gaming differ from place to place. It is your responsibility to make sure that using DESI CLASH is legal where you live before you play.
The service is void where prohibited. If you use DESI CLASH from a location where it is not permitted, you do so entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences. We do not provide legal advice about your jurisdiction.
Every match is played for a stake. Both players in a match put up the same stake.
All stakes, payouts and fees are handled in USDT. These terms apply the same way across all of our games.
Match outcomes are decided by our servers, not by your device. The server is the authoritative and final record of what happened in a match. Results are calculated deterministically from the moves both players make.
You may be matched against another player or, in some cases, against an automated player (a "bot") provided by the platform — for example when no human opponent is available. Bot matches use the same rules, stakes, fees and payouts as matches against people.
If you briefly lose connection during a match, the match is paused so you can reconnect — it is not immediately forfeited. Each player gets a short grace period and a limited number of pauses. If you abandon a match and do not return, the server plays out your side with empty moves; a match is never automatically declared a forfeit simply because you disconnected. You only lose money if you actually lose the match on its result.
If you choose to surrender, your opponent wins the match and is paid as a winner. Players may also agree to a draw, in which case the draw payout applies.
If you refer a friend, you may receive a $2.50 bonus once that friend both deposits at least $5 and wagers at least $25 in real stakes. The bonus is credited to the person who made the referral.
We may change or end bonus and referral offers at any time, and we may withhold bonuses obtained through abuse (see Prohibited conduct).
Withdrawals are paid in USDT (TRC-20). Before you can withdraw, all of the following must be true:
Withdrawals are reviewed and processed manually by our team and are not instant. You may have one pending withdrawal at a time, and you can only withdraw funds from your real balance.
We may pause withdrawals — for all users or for a specific account — while we carry out security, fraud or integrity checks, or for maintenance. We will process eligible withdrawals once those checks are complete.

If you break these Terms, we may take action against your account. Our two main measures are:
When we suspend or ban an account, we record a reason category, which is shown to the affected user. Serious or repeated breaches may result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of access to the account.
If you have a problem or a dispute about a match, a payment, or your account, please raise it through our in-app support system, where you can open a ticket and correspond with our team. Support is the primary channel for resolving disputes. Please include as much detail as you can so we can look into it.
We work to keep DESI CLASH available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, carry out maintenance, or pause deposits or withdrawals to protect the integrity of the platform.
We may close or restrict an account that breaches these Terms, as described under Enforcement. You may stop using the service at any time.
DESI CLASH is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
DESI CLASH is a skill game played for real money: you may lose the money you stake. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited as set out here: [PLACEHOLDER — liability cap, to be set by legal counsel].
